to die cut line.Delete all guide lines and convert all text to curves/flatten.We
can work with most files Photoshop,Illustrator,Corel our preference is EPS or PDF
file with JPEG visual, if in doubt email what you have we will advise any problems
,remember badges will only print as good as artwork supplied. All button badges are
digitally printed on our state of the art digital press. Buttons are printed using
4 colour process. All Pantone spot colours are converted to 4 colour process equivalents.
Exact Pantone colour matching is not possible using this printing method.

Please note when supplying photographs as artwork we need enough background to overlap die cut lines. See above examples.
Just a few suggestions below for you to consider in the design of your button badges. In design ‘A’ not enough ‘bleed’ is left round image design ‘B’ has plenty of ‘bleed’ area allowing us to crop design and manufacture button badges correctly. Button badge design ‘C’ shows the line of text split into three lines allowing for a more prominent message.
